Our Communities
Paseo Development’s completed and in-progress projects have focused on the preservation of historic structures in downtown El Paso and surrounding neighborhoods. We have collaborated with local government entities on rezonings, tax abatements, and loans, and have navigated complex financing structures including State and Federal Historic Tax Credits.
Paseo Development’s work seeks to improve El Paso’s historic neighborhoods by bringing underutilized buildings back to life and in the process making the surrounding area more walkable, beautiful, and welcoming.
