211 W Rio Grande Ave is an upcoming Paseo Development project. This early-20th century American Foursquare home was converted to a duplex decades ago. The project will update both units and provide new landscaping featuring native desert plants. 

Located in the Sunset Heights, the project qualifies for State and Federal Historic Tax Credits due to the neighborhood’s National Register Historic District status.
