Noble St.
710 Noble Street was one of Paseo Development’s first projects, completed while Founder Robert Palacios was working on his MBA at University of Chicago.
Built in 1907 as the Bishop Grocery Store, 710 Noble Street is a relatively rare example of eclectic mixed-use architecture in El Paso. In addition to the ground floor commercial space, the building houses four apartments on the upper floor.
The building underwent a complete restoration and is now home to an award-winning bistro on the ground floor and newly renovated apartment upstairs.
