914 W Yandell Drive is an in-progress development by Paseo Development. Built in 1930 in the Prairie style of architecture, the apartment building had deteriorated significantly by the time it was acquired by Paseo Development in 2024.

The ongoing renovation will restore its historic features while modernizing the floor plans to allow for 21st-century amenities. The building is located in the Sunset Heights neighborhood of El Paso, a National Register Historic District. This enabled the project to qualify State and Federal Historic Tax Credits, which aided in making it financially viable.
