The Popular Building

The largest and most prominent of Paseo Development’s projects, the Popular Building is an upcoming redevelopment of a historic department store in downtown El Paso.

Located at 301 E San Antonio Ave, the building was designed by noted architect Henry C. Trost and built as the home of the Popular Department Store. The project, currently in the planning stages, will see the building reborn as 120 apartments, ground floor retail, and underground parking.
